I’m holding onto my short-term investment with the index, but my holding may be about to end. If tomorrow’s forecasts hold, I’ll close out my positions tomorrow. Invest at your own risk!
Also, inflation is becoming a meaningful headwind. If this persists, I may scale back longer-term investments in stocks. In other words, while it’s generally a good idea to buy and hold the U.S. stock market, inflation data is making my forecasts look uglier than they have in a while.
